Advertising with us: You send us a detailed written description of your rental property, and include 8 quality photos. The description should include your full contact details, property locality details, amenities, availability dates, etc. We will then create a glossy 8 photo gallery advert of your property to let on the Costa Blanca, or anywhere in Spain. The advert that we create will display an availability calendar with the description & contact details.

When the advert is placed on this website we will include the direct contact information that you supply, usually e-mail address, phone number & fax number. Our clients are usually private individuals renting their holiday villas, letting agents, or property management specialists located on the Costa Blanca. As stated, an availability calendar is usually included with most advertisements, this gives a clear indication of when the property is available for rent, or holiday letting. If you find a property that you like, it is sometimes worthwhile contacting the owner even if the calendar is showing unavailable because sometimes there are cancellations.

Please be aware we cannot guarantee that the villa or apartment that you like will be available for the dates you specify, so if you are searching for holiday lettings & self catering villas on the Costa Blanca make a shortlist of properties that you are interested in.

Most of our advertisements include a phone number/fax number/e-mail contact in the contact details. When you contact the owner please ensure that you include the exact holiday dates so there is no confusion about availability. Please also ensure that you supply your contact phone number & e-mail address with the enquiry about the holiday villa.

Advertisers will contact you directly, they will let you know availability, required deposit, payment due dates, as well as the arrival and departure times. Always ask for a written booking contract from the advertiser when making your holiday booking.

Most Holiday Lettings & Self Catering Rentals on the Costa Blanca work this way:

Usually at the time of booking the owners will request a deposit of up to 30%, the remaining balance and security deposit will be payable 6 weeks prior to the start of the holiday letting. Never make full payment unless you are inside the six week period. In other words only pay the full amount if this holiday letting is a late booking, inside the 6 week period.

You should always ask the person letting the property for a holiday booking contract. This contract should set out all the terms & conditions of the holiday letting. It should include holiday letting dates, payment terms, cancellation terms, legal & insurance terms. Under no circumstances should you make a booking without a holiday letting contract.

Please remember we are a classified ads website, and do not get involved in the holiday booking procedure. If for any reason you decide to cancel your holiday you must contact the advertiser directly. We suggest that when making a booking you get the advertiser to include in the contract what will happen in the event of cancellation.

Full directions to the holiday property & the supply of keys must be arranged between you and the owner of the property when you make the booking. Please ensure that you have a direct contact phone number for the owner so that you can get in touch with them when you arrive.

Although it may seem obvious, this is our final advise:

Make sure that you get a detailed holiday letting contract drawn up at the time of your booking. It must sate what will happen if there is a last minute cancellation, and specify refund amounts etc. In case of accident, make sure that you take out adequate holiday insurance cover before you leave home, this should cover foreign hospital costs, recovery to your home country etc.

We advise that you get a reference, or references from past holidaymakers. Just ask the advertiser for the phone number, or phone numbers of previous satisfied clients, call them and speak to them. If the advertiser objects, or can't do this, it may be prudent to select another vacation property. Remember you are dealing with a third party, please ensure that you take all necessary precautions when paying for your accommodation. Do not make a payment if you are unhappy with any aspect of your interaction with the holiday letting advertiser. We cannot intervene if any problems occur either during the booking procedure, or the holiday itself.
